FREE EVENT - Open to everyone 18+
Join us for a completely FREE day of health and fitness! This year’s expo features 16 energizing classes, a nutrition corner, an “Ask Your Trainer” workshop, and fitness challenges open to all. Participation in activities is on a first come, first served basis. No advance registration is needed. You’re welcome to bring your own mat for comfort and you can take as many classes as you wish throughout the day!

Event Tips

  • Arrive early: registration starts at 9:00 a.m., and space in each class is limited. 
  • Participants must sign a waiver to participate to the event. Waivers will be provided on site.
