Flag Football

Come learn, play and compete in the 2025 Flag Football Season. NYC Parks is hosting co-ed clinics, leagues, and tournaments running through November. The NYC Parks Instructional Clinics begin in August and run through September, focusing on drills and strategies. The NYC Parks Flag Football League begins on September 19, 2025 and runs through November 15, 2025. The season will feature league play and borough championships.

2024 Season Highlight:   
In October 2024, the NYC Parks Bronx All Stars won the NY Jets Regional Championship for the 10U Rec division in West Orange, New Jersey. In July 2025, they traveled to the NFL FLAG National Championship tournament in Canton, Ohio representing the NY Jets and NYC Parks at the national level.

Divisions:

This is a 5 v 5 official NFL FLAG non-contact, version of flag football. Each roster may hold 10 players and a maximum of two coaches.

• 10U Coed* - 2015 Birthyear or younger 
• 12U Coed* - 2013 Birthyear or younger
• 14U Boys - 2011 Birthyear or younger 
• 14U Girls - 2011 Birthyear or younger 
• 17U Boys - 2008 Birthyear or younger 
• 17U Girls - 2008 Birthyear or younger  

*Coed divisions can consist of all boys, all girls, or a mix of both.
