Richmond Terrace Park details

This small 11-acre shoreline park was transferred to NYC Parks in 2010. In 2019, the park underwent capital improvements that included restoring the wooded slope to a maritime forest plant community and a coastal wetland transitional zone with plantings that are adapted to flooding. The overlook pier, paths, and seating areas provide excellent views of the Kill Van Kull, old piers, and a small fringing salt marsh.
