Join our new FREE Step Aerobics classes at Sorrentino. The music in the class will feature Jersey Club with choreography based on the beats.
Step is a classic cardiovascular exercise that involves stepping up and down on a raised platform to strengthen muscles, increases stamina, and sharpen coordination. This class is open to all fitness levels and modifications provided.
