We will use the medicine ball on the floor mat too to work some abs. A strong core is important for many everyday activities and sports, this class will include all of the above and some running! Body PumpMulti-Use Room A For this class, weighted bars are used for high repetitions to increase muscular strength and endurance. Participants can use any weight they are comfortable with, and they will work on and off the mat for core strength. Depending on the number of participants, equipment such as weighted bags and step platforms may be added. The difficult level could range from intermediate to advanced difficulty. OB Sit & FitSmall Cage This fun class is filled with movement in and out of the chair! We incorporate resistance training throughout the class both when seated and standing while listening to your favorite oldies but goodies music. The class flow is designed to keep your body and joints moving in a whole new way. You can even practice some of the chair lunges in your own living room to keep your energy and fitness level up! All participants will be walking on the track two times during the class to give your chair a rest from all your Russian twists, arm curls, leg scissors and chair running! Strictly StairsMulti-Use Room A Stairclimbing is a great cardiovascular exercise that burns a lot of calories while developing both strength and power. Participants will use a floor mat on the patio and will be subjected to low and high planks intermittently. Throughout the stair climbing, stair walking, stair sprints...the participants will be engaging in pushups, reverse lunges, walking lunges, abs and mountain climbers at the bottom of the stairs.
