You control the intensity by the number of platform risers you place underneath the bench! All participants will be walking on the track two times during the class to give your chair a rest from all your Russian twists, arm curls, leg scissors and chair running!

Come learn, play and compete in the 2025 Flag Football Season. NYC Parks is hosting clinics, leagues, and tournaments for girls and boys.

The NYC Parks Flag Football League begins on Friday, September 19th and runs through November.

Ocean Breeze will be sponsoring four flag football teams: U10 Coed, U12 Coed, U14 Girls, U14 Boys

This is a 5 v 5 official NFL FLAG non-contact, version of flag football. Each roster may hold 10 players and a maximum of two coaches.

10U Coed - 2015 Birthyear or younger - FULL
12U Coed - 2013 Birthyear or younger - FULL
14U Boys - 2011 Birthyear or younger -
Practice takes place on Wednesday evenings.
