Cross FitDance Room his program is a fitness circuit/ bootcamp style class that focuses on full body movements in a group setting. Compounds lifts such as squats, overhead press, deadlifts and lunges are at the core of this program accompanied by soca music. This class is reasonably challenging and fun at the same time. Heavy guidance on proper lifting and technique is given to each individual to ensure optimal performance. Instructor: Karina Vlaun Ages: Everyone Registration is closed. |
