Nature Journaling: Winter Buds & Branches

Saturday, February 7, 2026

10:00 a.m.11:30 a.m.

Do you feel like you need a moment of pause and a deeper connection with nature? Join Brooklyn Bridge Park educators on the first Saturday of each month for a free nature journaling workshop. The 90-minute workshop helps you start or expand your nature journaling practice, providing you with ecological context, thematic prompts and time to journal.

February's theme, “Winter Buds & Branches”, invites you to closely observe plants and trees as they wait out the cold and slowly ready themselves for spring. This workshop meets at the Park offices at 334 Furman St (near Pier 5) and will be a combination of both indoor and outdoor, please dress accordingly.

This series is intended for adults, but all are welcome. Full details at brooklynbridgepark.org.
