(Follow signs off the highways to the Queens Theatre in the Park)(718) 760-6565Dawn to duskThis 16,000 square-foot skate park, built over the Astral fountain, was funded by the Maloof Brothers for the 2010 Maloof Money Cup skateboarding competition which they later donated to Parks. It was designed by pro-skateboarders and features elements from the most popular skate parks throughout NYC including Chrystie Park and Brooklyn Banks. There are multiple stairs and rails of varying lengths as well as ledges, pyramids and banks.This skate park is unsupervised. Scooters and inline skates are permitted. BMX bicycles are prohibited.

Flushing Meadows Corona Park Aquatics Center & Ice Rink
The Flushing Meadows Corona Park Aquatics Center will be closed on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 to allow for essential facility maintenance and preparations for future improvements. The center will reopen regular hours on Thursday, December 4.

Tide Gate Bridge Construction



Due to construction on the Tide Gate Bridge, located on Meridian Road within Flushing Meadows Corona Park, vehicular traffic will not be allowed to cross the bridge in either direction. Please follow posted detour signs around Meridian Road and plan for additional travel time. Pedestrian traffic will still be permitted to cross the bridge.
