Mat Pilates is a beginner exercise class which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. The goals of this class are to improve posture, stabilize and elongate the spine, and to develop balance and overall strength. Mat Pilates is a great option for all fitness levels! Please bring your own mat. This class is being offered in partnership with Club Pilates-Harlem.
