Site work will include removing and replacing the existing eight-foot-high chain link fence around the perimeter of the garden, including the existing gated entrance on West 164th Street. In addition to removing fencing, some excavation is required for removal of the existing concrete footings for fence posts to be replaced by new concrete footings.
