Cross FitDance Room his program is a fitness circuit/ bootcamp style class that focuses on full body movements in a group setting. Compounds lifts such as squats, overhead press, deadlifts and lunges are at the core of this program accompanied by soca music. This class is reasonably challenging and fun at the same time. Heavy guidance on proper lifting and technique is given to each individual to ensure optimal performance. Instructor: Karina Vlaun Ages: Everyone Registration is closed.

Learn Your GymDance Room A program designed to teach teens how to create workout regimens base on their goals with a strong emphasis on safety and gym etiquette. The goal is to build their confidence, awareness and independence in a gym setting. We will learn different styles of program design showcases styles such as Horizontal style training and Day Splits.
