Important NYC Parks Service Changes Due to the Winter Storm

There is a blizzard warning in effect for the New York City through 6:00 p.m. on Monday, February 23. Blizzard conditions are expected, with total snow accumulations of up to 24 inches expected, and winds gusting as high as 60 mph, with low visibility and potential for tree limb damage.
- Due to the snowstorm, all NYC Parks Recreation Centers will have a delayed opening and will open at noon on Monday, February 23, 2026. Please continue to monitor this page for service changes due to evolving weather conditions.
