Reframing Our Stories Workshop

In "Reframing Our Stories" workshop, led by Jan Cohen Cruz, we will tell and write stories in response to prompts about key moments in our lives that led us to becoming who we are now. The focus will be on our experience of ourselves over time, including in contrast to how other people saw us. We'll encourage compassion and affirmation of obstacles we've overcome. We will have the opportunity to read what we write to the group if we like.

Jan has written or edited eight books, most recently “See Me: Prison Theatre Workshops and Love”. She taught for many years at NYU Drama Department, and is a longtime friend of Project Harmony.
