Fat Cats AfroCuban Jazz Ensemble

The Harlem Rose Garden is thrilled to present the Fat Cats from Belongo's program led by Zack O'Farrill. Since its beginning at the storied jazz club in 2009, the Fat Cats program has served more than 200 young musicians from throughout the New York metro area. Providing the opportunity to study Afro Latin Jazz with Grammy award-winning musicians on a weekly basis, this auditioned youth ensemble of Belongó has performed throughout New York City and beyond, including international exchange experiences in Cuba and Hungary.
