Tone up Tuesday is a 45-minute total-body class that blends cardio and strength training to help you feel strong — all while fitting into real life. This class can be done entirely with bodyweight (no equipment needed). Light weights, bands, or other equipment are optional for those who want an extra challenge. Modifications are always offered, making this class great for all fitness levels. We recommend that you bring a towel, water bottle, and yoga mat.
