This multi-genre dance class in celebration of joy across the African diaspora. We’ll move through the infectious rhythms of the Caribbean, the pulsing energy of Detroit-style house music, the funk and attitude of hip hop, and the feel-good grooves of reggae and R&B.

Come ready to sweat, let loose, and connect with movement that honors the vibrancy and resilience of diaspora culture worldwide. All levels welcome—just bring an open heart and your energy!
