Sunday Jazz Brunch at The Castle

Valentine's Day may have passed, but the romance lives on at the BHS Castle! Bayside Historical Society is excited to welcome back the fabulous Carl Bartlett, Jr. Quartet for our annual live jazz event. Join us for a memorable afternoon filled with the captivating rhythms and melodies of jazz music, all while you enjoy a delicious Valentine brunch in our beautiful Castle ballroom. And don't forget to try your luck in our raffle drawings!

About the Performers: Award-winning innovative artist, and native New Yorker, saxophonist Carl Bartlett, Jr. marked his arrival onto the Jazz scene in 2011 and has since emerged as one of the leading lights in the Post-bop/Modern Jazz world, as both a player and composer. As a bandleader, Bartlett, Jr. has established himself as a highly unique, and creative talent on the music scene.  He currently performs with his own ensemble, The Carl Bartlett, Jr. Quartet/Quintet, headlining at many of the world's preeminent jazz clubs, cultural venues, festivals, and music series.
